Welcome to our "Hotel Post" at lake "Attersee"!
Our hotel is situated in the south of lake "Attersee", directly at the entrance of the "Weissenbachtal".
In former times empress "Sisi", the composer "Gustav Mahler" and the pianist "Friedrich Gulda" were staying at this beautiful place and loved to have a coffee with their friends in our beautiful gast garden and were also enjoying the marvelous view at the lake.

The comfortable hotel resort is directly wrapped into the green, nestled in a park of 70.000 square meters below the mountains "Höllengebirge". The hotel is composed of the main house and the park villa. In the villa you will find the seminar rooms in a very quiet location. The hotel includes also a large lakeside bathing area with a lake sauna and an open beach pavilion at the lake.

The hotel has a large dining room, a cosy parlour, a hotel bar, seminar rooms and an attractive sun terrace in front of the hotel. After a peaceful night we will spoil you with a generous breakfast bar, mainly with products from the region in our comfortable breakfast space. In our restaurant local specialities are the basis for delicious dishes. We cook with regional products and of course we also offer our excellent fish meals. Our hotel is an exclusive location for all kinds of events, like weddings, birthday and office parties up to 120 guests. "Hotel Post" at the lake "Attersee" offers you and your guests the iedeal environment for a successful event in pleasant surroundings.
